Daily Tour Itinerary

- 07:00 – 08:30 | Morning Collection: Pick-up from your accommodation in Cape Town and surrounding areas.
- 09:30 | First Winery Visit: Fairview Wines, known for cheese and wine pairing. Begin the day at this prominent estate, known for its goat cheese and award-winning wines.
- 11:00 | Second Winery Visit: Ayama Winery, known for its Italian-style wines. Travel into the heart of the Perdeberg Valley to explore this unique boutique cellar and specialized Italian-style varietals.
- 13:15 | Optional Lunch Break: Enjoy a quick, light lunch at a picturesque wine farm. This is an optional add-on, allowing guests to refuel amidst the vineyards.
- 14:30 | Third Winery Visit: Diemersfontein, known for their coffee-chocolate pinotage. Continue the journey with a tasting focused on the unique soil profiles of the Hawequa Mountains.
